Algo no practico para salirlo del paquete. Por esos lo he sacado de su envase y puesto en un tupperware. Y cuando lo necesito, lo "pelo" con un cuchillo fino o se puede también usar un pelador de verduras... así se obtienen láminas de chocolate muy finas que son fáciles de fundir. Es necesario si queires hacer chocolates en el Verano, Es mejor para solidificar los chocolates que solo usando Aceíte de coco. Lo recomiendo para ese uso
