It is recommended to take 1 capsule a day with or between meals.

Meritene proactive neutral flavor

It is recommended to add four scoops (24g) in about 250ml of liquid and stir until completely dissolved. Follow a balanced and varied diet and perform physical exercise. This product should not replace main meals.

Once prepared, if you do not consume it immediately, keep covered and refrigerated for up to 24 hours.
