Siken Substitute Cookie Bar Pack is made up of bars rich in protein and low in calories to replace one of the main meals of the day.

Indication

With glucomannan and L-Carnitine, they are bars rich in fiber. They contain all the nutrients of a balanced meal. They help control weight. They can also be eaten as a snack between meals.

Intake mode

It is recommended to eat 2 bars for 1 meal. Eat 1 bar for 1 snack. Drink plenty of water (approximately 1.5 l/day). The rest of the day a hypocaloric diet should be followed.
