Seitan is an excellent substitute for meat. It has a tasty flavor, a delicious texture, and can be used in many possible ways. Delicious in curries, to prepare meatballs (in purée) or together with seaweed.
Tamari-marinated seitan gives your recipes a unique flavor and umami. Ideal for vegans!

Intake mode

It is recommended to use as a substitute for chicken or meat. Grill or fry for 2-3 minutes or stew into a curry.
