Intake mode

Adults:

1) Pour 250 ml of vegetable drink into a glass or shaker.

2) Mix 35 g of FIGURMED SHAKE powder with the vegetable drink. 35 gr. = 2 scoops of Figuremed Shake.

3) Stir the mixture well or use a cocktail shaker to shake it. Consume quickly after preparation.
