Indication

Oats are a cereal rich in beta-glucans, a soluble fiber that helps regulate intestinal transit and control the level of LDL cholesterol, interfering with its absorption.

Oats stimulate the nervous system, metabolism, and improve the function of the thyroid glands and pancreas.

Intake mode

Shake well before use. It can be consumed cold, hot, with coffee, cereals, tea or as an ingredient in recipes.

Precautions

It contains gluten. May contain traces of soy and/or nuts.

Storage conditions

Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight. Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within 3-4 days.
