Description

Holle's Lactation Tisane are individual infusion tea bags. Healthy, tasty and enjoyable. Coming from herbs carefully collected from organic farming, it helps to promote the generation of milk.

Intake mode

It is recommended to boil water and pour about 200 ml over the infusion bag. Stand for 5 to 10 minutes. Remove the sachet and pour the infusion into a bottle. Let it cool down to 37ºC before drinking.

Ingredients

Per 100 g:

Fennel (30%), Anise Seed (30%), Caraway (30%), Cumin (30%), Cumin Extract (30%), Anise (30%), Melissa / Lemon Balm / Melissa (10% ), Lemon balm (10%).
