Since I don't live near the sea, I buy a bottle to have small drinks at home and for my dogs. This is how I provide the minerals that tap water lacks

Description
Seawater is taken from the waters of the Cabo de Gata Natural Park, a protected area since 1994. It contains mineral salts and marine prebiotics for proper nutrition and cell revitalization.
Indication
In addition to sodium chloride (the common salt), seawater provides more than 90 elements of the periodic table. Water is a fundamental part of human's constitution. Humans are 70% water and you only have to taste the tears to realise that it is slightly salty. The salinity of seawater quadruples that of the body.
The catchment is 800 meters from the coast and at a depth of 15 meters, but 7 meters from the sea floor to reduce the presence of sediments. These characteristics guarantee seawater of the highest quality from the source. The content has been microfiltered to eliminate bacteria and impurities, guaranteeing the healthiness and naturalness of the product.
Intake mode
It is recommended in the kitchen as it is an excellent condiment, providing the food with the perfect point of natural and balanced salt. After cooking the food, add salt by adding a dash of sea water. For washing fruits and vegetables. To enhance the flavour of the food.
In topical use (external) for washing scars, skin problems, acne, psoriasis, mycosis, pruritus, vaginitis, among others. Also to disinfect and heal wounds in the mouth, as mouthwash and toothpaste.
For consumption: Under normal health conditions, a maximum consumption of a quarter of a litre a day is recommended. In the case of conditions, especially renal or circulatory, a doctor should be consulted.
Isotonic use: One part of seawater to three parts of water with preventive and nutritional purpose, providing the minerals characteristic of seawater. Calm appetite, alkalize our body.
Hypertonic use: Pure seawater taken without mixing to purify. Regulates intestinal transit and helps constipation.
Precautions
In case of conditions, especially renal or circulatory, the doctor should be consulted.
