Description
The Sumatra Mandheling 100% organic Arabica Fairtrade Grains from Les Cafés Dagobert is a coffee from Indonesia which is cultivated in the North in the region of Medan on volcanic areas, in altitude. Its harvest is made between December and March and dried over a wood fire. It is full-bodied, earthy, long-lasting with a chocolate flavor. Taste notes: jasmine, cocoa, peanut.
Indication
For optimal freshness, Dagobert coffees are roasted to order and packaged in Sainte-Olive (01). In order to obtain a heart-roasted coffee bean, the transformation is done in an artisanal way. The roasting is carried out with 2 small devices which roast the coffee beans for 20 minutes at 220 ° C maximum.
