Description

Dehydrated Wakame seaweed in Bio Porto Muiños flakes are baked on toast, used in salads, scrambled eggs, croquettes, hamburgers, rice dishes, pasta, etc.

Indication

Suggestions in the kitchen: Rehydrated and blanched in salads. Rehydrated and cooked, it can be used as a garnish in fish or seafood dishes, in the preparation of scrambled eggs, croquettes or hamburgers. It can also be added directly to cooking soups, stews, rice and pasta.

Intake mode

It is recommended to immerse in water with a little salt for 10 minutes. When hydrated, it increases 6 times its dry weight. Cook for 15-20 minutes. To cook it, cook in water for 5 minutes.

Precautions

Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Storage conditions
