Description
Sushi Rice from La Finestra sul Cielo is an Italian product ideal for preparing sushi. Delicious accompanied by rolled vegetable pickles with nori seaweed.
Indication
Vacuum packed for better conservation. Ideal to enjoy a 100% oriental meal.
Intake mode
It is recommended to wash the rice in a bowl with cold water. Repeat the wash 2 or 3 times until the water runs clear. Strain the rice and let it drain. Put it in 170 ml of water in a saucepan and bring it to a boil for 16 to 18 minutes. Remove from the heat and let stand 10 minutes. Mix with rice vinegar and you are ready to make any type of sushi.
