Description
Eco Quinoa Flakes from El Oro de los Andes is recommended for everyone due to its high nutritional content and, in particular, it is a great alternative for celiacs and people who are intolerant to gluten. Contains 18 amino acids including 9 of the 10 essential amino acids. It is ideal for athletes, due to its high protein availability and easy digestion.

Intake mode
Smoothies or sweet creams: add one (shake) to three (cream) tablespoons of quinoa flakes per cup of water or milk (vegetable or animal), cook for 10 minutes and sweeten to taste.
Soups: chop vegetables and brown them in a pot with oil, add the quinoa flakes and stir for a few minutes. Next, add water, one cup for each tablespoon of quinoa flakes, and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Put salt at the end.
