Description
Quinoa in grain Bio from Biogra is rich, like the rest of the cereals, in carbohydrates and vegetable proteins. Quinoa grain is considered a superfood for its numerous nutritional properties. In addition, it is an easily digestible food and can be germinated in a short time. Its flavor is quite reminiscent of brown rice, although its texture is much finer, similar to couscous.
Indication
Its long conservation is due to the presence of a saponin that protects the grain from attack by parasites or insects, which only disappears when washed with plenty of water.
Intake mode
It is recommended to cook the same as rice, that is, two measures of water for one of quinoa (Do not forget to wash it well with water before boiling).
