Description

Whole wheat organic durum wheat semolina pasta.

Indication

Organic whole wheat fusilli are produced with a mixture of grains carefully selected by them from their own harvest, to guarantee a product with high nutritional value and optimal resistance to cooking. The entire preparation fully responds to the traditional method, with bronze drawing, to obtain a pleasantly rougher and more porous paste, ideal for absorbing and enhancing sauces.

Intake mode

To prepare 500 g of pasta, boil about 5 liters of salted water. Pour in the pasta and cook for the specified cooking time, stirring occasionally, cook for the indicated cooking time, drain, season to taste and serve.

Storage conditions

Store in a cool, dry place, away from flour, rice and legumes, preferably away from light, 6°C < T < 20°C.
