Description
Durum wheat spaghetti produced with a blend of selected grains grown by the Cooperativa Agrícola IRIS of Italy. Wheat pasta is rich in protein and high in fiber . Traditional method of "Trafilatura al bronzo".
Intake mode
Bring plenty of water to boil (1 lt / 100gr of pasta). When it starts to boil add sea salt (1.5 gr / lt) and then the pasta. Stir only once and cook (boil) 7-8 minutes. Once cooked to the point add a glass of cold water and turn off the heat. Wait a few seconds and then drain in a colander.
Add to the hot sauce and sauté for 30 seconds.
