Integral spelled fusilli Bio from El Granero Integral is a high quality product made from 100% whole spelled flour from organic farming.

Indication

Spelled is a highly energetic cereal since its main nutrients are carbohydrates, although it provides fewer calories than classic wheat flour, but it stands out above all for its high content of proteins of high biological value with amino acids such as lysine, which is scarce in others.

Intake mode

It is recommended to cook the pasta (5-8 min. Approx.). Drain and serve accompanied by your favorite sauce.

Precautions

Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place.
