Description
Shirataki konjac noodles are gluten-free and low-calorie noodles. Konjac pasta, unlike the traditional one, allows you to make healthy meals and follow a low-carbohydrate diet. They are perfect for any diet or simply to maintain healthy habits.

- Open the package and drain.
- Add the desired sauce and heat for 2 minutes.
Precautions
Glucomannan helps to lose weight when following a low-calorie diet, with a daily intake of 3g of glucomannan in three 1g doses, along with one or two glasses of water, before meals. The intake of 4g of glucomannan contributes to maintaining normal blood cholesterol levels. Consume glucomannan with plenty of water, to avoid the danger of suffocation in people with swallowing problems or who take it with little liquid.
