Description
Integral Spirals are produced only with selected raw materials. The durum wheat used is 100% of Italian origin. The durum wheat is ground from which the whole wheat semolina that is used to produce the pasta is obtained.
Indication
The pasta-making process is characterized by slow drying at a low temperature that allows the preservation of most of the nutritional properties and flavor of wheat.
The result is a quality pasta from organic farming.
Intake mode
It is recommended to cook with 1 liter of water and 10 g of salt for every 100 g of product. Recommended cooking time 5-7 minutes.
Precautions
May contain traces of other gluten-containing cereals (spelled and khorasan wheat, rye, barley, oats), soy and sesame.
Storage conditions
Store in a cool, ventilated, dry, clean and odorless place, away from sunlight and heat sources.
