Description

Gnocchi with quinoa from Probios made with potatoes and quinoa flour, guaranteed vegan, without milk, without eggs and gluten-free. They cook in minutes and can be stored outside the refrigerator.

Indication

The Altri Cereali line offers organic gluten-free products based on herbaceous plants and cereals, as an alternative to corn and rice: millet, buckwheat, quinoa, amaranth, teff and oats with an unmistakable flavor and precious nutrient content.

Intake mode

It is recommended to cook as follows:
In a pot, pour the gnocchi in plenty of salted water and let it boil over low heat. Let it emerge, drain and season with your favorite sauce.
In the pan, pour the gnocchi directly from the package into the pan, with the sauce. Add a drop of water and fry gently until completely absorbed.

Precautions

May contain traces of soy.

Storage conditions

Store in a dry and cold place. After opening, keep refrigerated and use within 3 days.
