Description
Fine whole durum wheat noodles Eco de Castagno is a pasta made from whole durum wheat semolina Triticum dicoccum, dried at a low temperature to safeguard most of the nutritional properties and its flavor. Ideal for vegetarians and vegans.
Intake mode
It is recommended to pour 1 liter of water per 100g of pasta and 10g of salt into a pot and bring to a boil. Cook for 5 minutes (al dente) or 7 minutes (well done). Drain and season to taste.
Precautions
May contain gluten, soy, sesame and mustard seeds.
Storage conditions
Store in a cool, dry place.
