Description
Bruchetti durum wheat with leek Eco de Castagno is a pasta made from durum wheat semolina, dried at low temperature to preserve most of the nutritional properties and flavor of wheat. Ideal for vegetarians and vegans.
Intake mode
It is recommended to pour 1 liter of water per 100g of pasta and 10g of salt into a pot and bring to a boil. Cook for 5 minutes (al dente) or 7 minutes (well done). Drain and season to taste.
Precautions
May contain gluten, soy, sesame and mustard seeds.
Storage conditions
Store in a cool, dry place.
