Black Elk Durum Wheat Spaghetti are obtained using only organic whole durum wheat semolina.

Indication

The semolina is obtained by grinding the whole grain without refinements or additions. The semolina dough, made with spring water from the Dolomites, gives it a unique taste. Pasta is a source of fiber that guarantees a sense of satiety that is prolonged over time and helps the proper functioning of the intestine.
