    Good alternative as pasta for soup/galets if you don't have other gluten-free alternatives or if you have various intolerances. They cook in 5 minutes and are super good as well as having a mild flavor. They are also great as pasta in sauce, but being so small it seems strange to me! For that I prefer larger macaroni or fusili. My favorite use is for pasta for soup, although it is a small amount and is somewhat expensive.

    Buena alternativa como pasta para sopa/galets si no tienes otras alternativas sin gluten o si tienes varias intolerancias. Se cuecen en 5 minutos y quedan super bien ademas de tener un sabor suave. También quedan genial como pasta en salsa, pero al ser tan chiquititos se me hace raro! para eso prefiero macarrones de mayor tamaño o fusili. Mi uso favorito es de pasta para sopa, aunque va poquita cantidad y es algo caro.
