    Let's see, of all the gluten-free pastas I have tried, they are not my favorites because I find that they lose their structural integrity sooner than others. That said, when you have several intolerances the amount of pasta you can have is quite limited and this is a good alternative to vary a little from the "brown rice pasta-buckwheat-quinoa" roulette. It wouldn't be the one I would use every day, but occasionally because the flavor is delicious.
