Indication
It's easy to understand why rolled oats are the most consumed breakfast cereal today. Loaded with important nutrients that help the body function, oats are a versatile food and very easy to prepare.
Oats have unique characteristics that make them a food of choice. It is naturally gluten free, however it is considered an allergen because it does contain gluten due to cross contamination.
In addition to being a source of protein, complex carbohydrates, it has antioxidants and beta-d-glucan, a soluble fiber responsible for reducing blood fat. It is also a source of trace elements such as iron, magnesium, phosphorus, zinc, copper and manganese, essential for energy production, reduction of tiredness and fatigue, maintenance of healthy bones and teeth, as well as acting against undesirable oxidation.
Intake mode
It is recommended to use it to make the well-known baby food, but also to prepare baby food, more homemade and natural. This cereal can also be added to smoothies, shakes, used in desserts, cookies, raw bars, energy truffles, and even in soups. By crushing the flakes, it is also possible to turn them into flour.
Precautions
