Crunchy Organic Spelled Wheat Flakes from El Granero Integral is a cereal rich in fiber, low in sugar and low in fat, ideal for breakfasts and snacks for the whole family.

Indication

Corn is a very satiating cereal, a source of soluble fiber and rich in B vitamins, it also contributes magnesium to our diet and contains beta carotene, a highly valued antioxidant. For its part, Buckwheat is a cereal used for millennia full of antioxidants, minerals such as calcium, iron or potassium, and vitamins, of which K. stands out.

Intake mode

It is recommended to use directly with yogurt, vegetable or derived drinks, juices etc. You can use them to cook them or make different recipes (cookies, biscuits, crispy batters, etc.).

Precautions

May contain traces of gluten, soy, milk, sesame and nuts.

Storage conditions

Store at room temperature, in a cool, dry place protected from light.
