Ecobasics is a company that has been working for 10 years with the aim of bringing customers organic and rich products for a healthy diet.

Intake mode

It is recommended to make stews and creams with them, its preparation for creams is simple 3 parts of water x 1 of lentils - 30 min approx. For loose lentils: Soak in cold water. 2 parts of water x 1 of lentils for 10-15 minutes.

Precautions

May contain traces of gluten, nuts, peanuts, soybeans, sesame and milk and their derivatives.
