    I use it mainly for baking but also to make empanada dough and it is very appreciated, it works very well. It is the one I always buy and to date I am very happy with the quality.

Indication

It is known for its properties since time immemorial, not for nothing is it one of the first cereals found in history and throughout this its antioxidant-promoting properties (and source of phytoestrogens, Selenium and Vitamin E) and for its high concentration of vitamin B.

Intake mode

It is recommended to make breads, biscuits, béchamel, porridge or use in batters.
