Nature & Cie's Buckwheat Flour is a pseudo-cereal recommended in the preparation of salty and sweet recipes. It is suitable for the preparation of bread dough and pancakes with its rustic flavor.

Indication

Buckwheat flour that has all the essential amino acids and minerals such as Selenium, Zinc, Manganese, Magnesium, Calcium, Iron, Copper, Phosphorus, Potassium and is rich in B vitamins: B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 acid Folic. As for the lipids, they are mainly unsaturated, ideal in case of bad lipoproteins and coronary problems.

Intake mode

It is recommended for culinary preparation to the taste of the consumer.
