Organic Grain Rye Flour from El Granero Integral stands out because it contains a great variety of minerals and vitamins.

Indication

It contains less gluten than wheat, although it is still quite protein, containing an appreciable amount of the amino acid Lysine, deficient in corn, rice and wheat, it has a positive effect on the circulatory system, due to a sum of factors present in its composition: antioxidants (tocopherol), trace elements (selenium, zinc), vitamins and flavonoids (routine).
