Description

Integral Rye Flour BIO from El Granero Integral is a source rich in fiber, vitamins and minerals. Ideal for consumption by the whole family.

Indication

It contains more than twice as much protein as refined wheat flour paste (it is logical to be a legume and not a cereal), on the contrary, wheat pasta provides more carbohydrates. Fiber content is similar but higher in legumes.

Intake mode

It is recommended to use for making breads, biscuits, béchamel, porridge or use in batters.

Storage conditions

Store at room temperature, in a cool, dry place protected from light.
