Description

Bio pizza mix with a high fiber and protein content.

Intake mode

It is recommended to preheat the oven to 200 °C. Mix 100 g of product with 220 ml of water and 15 ml of oil. Knead and let rest for about 10 min. Stretch the dough to get the desired shape and bake for 15 min at 200 °C. Remove the base from the oven and add the desired ingredients.
Bake until the ingredients are done.

Precautions

This product is manufactured in a plant where nuts, soy and sesame are handled.

Storage conditions

Store in a cool, dry place isolated from the ground. Once the container is opened, store in a cool place and protected from light.

Coconut flour*, Almond flour*, Psyllium*, Powder booster* (corn starch*, acidifier: potassium tartrates*, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate), Sea salt.
