Intracma Integral Oatmeal is a food as nutritious as it is delicious, which stands out for being a very important source of vitamins, minerals, high-value proteins and polyunsaturated fats.

Indication

Oatmeal is very fine, in texture and flavor, so it should be mixed with flours of similar characteristics.
Oatmeal is capable of softening the skin, which is why it has now become an excellent option when treating dry, overly sensitive or even irritated skin. For example, incorporating oatmeal flakes into warm water is ideal to apply on this type of skin, helping to regain moisture from the skin and soften it from the outside.
By combining soluble and insoluble fiber, oats decrease bad lipoproteins (LDL), with only the daily intake of 3 grams of soluble fiber from oats. Regulates blood sugar, this is because oatmeal contains a low glycemic index that is slowly assimilated (complex carbohydrates), keeping sugar levels stable.
