Description

BioVitagral Pea Flour is an ingredient that you can use for your baking recipes, but also as a thickener for some soups and creams.

Indication

Plant protein source and numerous minerals such as calcium, sodium, iron, zinc, selenium, potassium and phosphorous. Low caloric intake and an almost non-existent amount of fats make it a more than advisable food for weight loss. The main properties of this flour are a high protein content, being a legume flour, and it has little fat, making it a very healthy product to have in your kitchen and include it in your recipes.

Intake mode

It is recommended to use for all kinds of recipes, both sweet and salty. In the packaging you can enjoy a suggested recipe.
