Description
Comptoirs & Compagnie's Organic Coconut Flour is produced from freshly harvested coconut flesh from a fair trade chain. The flesh is pressed to extract the oil, dried and then crushed into a fine powder.
Indication
This flour obtained from the fruit of the “tree of life”, as it is nicknamed in Asia, is naturally gluten-free and rich in fiber.
Intake mode
It is advisable to use in different culinary preparations (sauces, desserts, etc.) and as a total or partial replacement for your usual flour. Simply mix with water for a delicious, light and digestible milk.
Storage conditions
Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and humidity.
