Indication

The carob is an energy food, as it contains 50% natural sugar and 10% protein. The seeds are rich in soluble fiber so they facilitate digestion. It is a perfect alternative for people who cannot or do not want to drink cocoa.

Intake mode

It is recommended to use as a thickener for the preparation of some foods. It can be used to replace cocoa in making chocolate. Mixed with cranberry juice to stimulate kidney function.

Storage conditions

Store in a cool, dry place.
