    This amaranth is really delicious. It says 10 minutes of cooking, it's ok provided you soak the grains overnight, otherwise it's more like 30/40 minutes.

Description

Organic Amaranth from El Granero Integral are similar in size to sunflower seeds, but instead of elongated they are round.

Indication

Amaranth contains a large amount of protein, iron, calcium and helps prevent hyperglycemia among other benefits. Amaranth was designated by the United States National Academy of Sciences as "The best plant-based food for human consumption."

Intake mode

It is recommended to previously wash the grain and then cook with 2 measures of water for 1 of amaranth for 7-10 minutes.
