By using it regularly you will achieve more controlled births and postpartums, a more satisfactory intimate life and you will avoid urine loss, as well as most of the most common pelvic dysfunctions.
They are made up of 3 33mm spheres, each with a different weight of 20gr, 30gr and 40gr. (this way you can achieve up to 6 combinations with different weights) and two fastening straps, one simple and one double.
