How to apply Anti-hair loss lotion + Men's toning shampoo?

It is recommended to apply a small amount of the shampoo on the scalp and evenly through the hair, then massage gently. Rinse well with warm water.

Spray the lotion daily on the roots of damp or dry hair (8-10 times on each side) and massage gently to stimulate microcirculation in the scalp. Do not rinse.
