Traumeels de Guna is a homeopathic cream for the following cases:
- in sprains and bruises
- in non-traumatic tendinitis

Properties and benefits of Traumeels cream
Active principles:
- Arnica montana: traditionally used in the aftermath of muscle trauma, in cases of malaise, muscle fatigue and slow healing.
- Aconitum napellus: traditionally used for acute, sudden and rapid onset inflammatory symptoms.
- Bellis perennis: Traditionally used in the treatment of bruising, swelling, as a result of excessive muscle growth.
- Mercurius solubilis Hahnemanni: traditionally used in the treatment of inflammatory processes that progress to suppuration and in cases of muscular and joint rheumatism.
- Hepar sulphuris: traditionally used in the treatment of inflammatory phenomena with suppurative and ulcerative tendencies and in hyperesthesia.
- Echinacea angustifolia: traditionally used in cases of inflammation of all types and locations and in post-inflammatory septic phenomena.
- Echinacea purpurea: traditionally used to stimulate the macrophage-histiocytic system in inflammatory processes and septic phenomena and to stimulate the function of fibroblasts.
- Matricaria chamomilla: traditionally used in cases of hyperalgesia and for the stimulation of granulation tissue in cases of difficult-to-heal wounds, ulcerations, slow healing.
- Hamamelis virginiana: traditionally used to stabilize vascular permeability, for discomfort from bruising; it also has a phlebotonic and anti-hemorrhagic action.
- Millefolium (Achillea millefolium): traditionally used in cases of: active hemorrhagic syndrome, hemorrhages with bright red blood and hemorrhages resulting from intense muscular efforts or secondary to trauma.
- Belladonna (Atropa belladonna): traditionally used for inflammatory phenomena characterized by redness, heat, tumors and in cases of low back pain, acute joint rheumatism, sciatica.
- Hypericum perforatum: traditionally used for trauma and nerve injuries (crushing, puncture and cutting wounds).
- Symphytum officinale: traditionally used to accelerate the formation of calluses, in periostitis and bone disorders.
- Calendula officinalis: Traditionally used for slow-healing wounds, bedsores and post-operative wounds, gangrenous ulcers, and torn muscles and ligaments.
How to apply Traumeels cream?
2-3 applications per day 1-2. Distribute the cream evenly on the affected parts (even in the presence of abrasions) and proceed with a light massage. Topical use.
Precautions
Do not use the medicine in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients or excipients, especially Compositae (Arnica).
In case of rare local allergic skin reactions (redness, edema and itching), discontinue use. Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
Storage conditions
Store in a cool, dry place.
Composition of Traumeels cream
Purified water, emulsifying ketostearyl alcohol (type A), 96% ethanol, soft white paraffin, liquid paraffin. Contains hydrophilic excipient with 13.8% ethanol.
Per 100 g: Arnica D3 (1.5 g); Calendula (0.45 g); Witch hazel (0.45 g); Echinacea (0.15 g); Echinacea purpurea (0.15 g); Chamomile (0.15 g); Symphytum D4 (0.1 g); Bellis perennis (0.1 g); St. John's Wort D6 (0.09 g); Millefolium (0.09 g); Aconite D1 (0.05 g); Belladonna D1 (0.05 g); Mercurius solubilis Hahnemanni D6 (0.04 g); Hepar sulfuris D6 (0.025 g).
