How to take Holomega kosterol?
Take 2 capsules a day, preferably with meals.
Precautions
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of little kids. The daily amount of 3 mg or more of monacolins from red yeast fermented rice should not be consumed. It should not be consumed by pregnant or lactating women, children and adolescents under 18 years of age, or adults over 70 years of age. If you experience any health problems, consult a professional about the consumption of this product. It should not be taken in conjunction with cholesterol-lowering drugs and should not be taken if other products containing red yeast fermented rice are already being taken.
