Description
Spaghetti are produced only with selected raw materials. The durum wheat used is 100% of Italian origin. The result is a quality pasta from organic farming.
Indication
The durum wheat from which the whole wheat semolina that is used to produce our pasta is obtained is personally ground.
The pasta-making process is characterized by slow drying at a low temperature that allows the preservation of most of the nutritional properties and flavor of wheat.
Intake mode
It is recommended that when the water boils, salt and add the Castagno paste. Cook for approximately 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Taste and if the pasta is sufficiently cooked, strain and season with oil or raw butter. Finish by sprinkling with Castagno rubber.
Precautions
May contain traces of other gluten-containing cereals (spelled and khorasan wheat, rye, barley, oats), soy and sesame.
Storage conditions
Store in a cool, ventilated, dry, clean and odorless place, away from sunlight and heat sources.
