Indication

The consumption of products containing rapidly absorbed sugars is essential to maintain blood sugar stability and decrease the rate of glycogen depletion, delaying fatigue and decreased performance in long races.
All the flavors of the Jelly Bar energy bars are based on fast absorption sugars (glucose/fructose), with the Cola flavor having the addition of caffeine, and the Orange flavor having the addition of sodium and magnesium, to better meet the specific needs of the athletes.

Intake mode

It is recommended to consume during training. It can be consumed throughout the sports season.
