Description
Chickpea stands out for being a remarkable source of slow-absorbing carbohydrates, which produce a gradual assimilation of glucose, thus avoiding the imbalance of sugar levels and generating constant energy.
Indication
It is very protein, but at the same time, very low in saturated fat and rich in fiber. By combining chickpeas with cereals (rice, couscous) the quality of their proteins increases. Thus, its richness in fiber improves intestinal transit and helps the absorption of carbohydrates to be even slower. Chickpea is rich in minerals, especially phosphorous, iron, and magnesium, and is especially rich in vitamins B1, B6, and folic acid.
Intake mode
It is recommended to include both hot and cold dishes. It offers many possibilities in the kitchen, it allows the preparation of very diverse and consistent dishes, from winter stews and stews to summer salads.
Precautions
May contain traces of gluten, soy, nuts, sesame, milk, celery and mustard.
Ingredients
Chickpeas *, water, salt.
