Indication

Rice flour is an energy source due to its carbohydrate content. It has a high nutritional value, it contains a large amount of minerals highlighting calcium and iron, and it is also rich in vitamins such as niacin, vitamin D, thiamine and riboflavin.

Intake mode

It is recommended to prepare some pancakes mix 100 g of product with 250 g of egg white. Cook over medium heat, approx. 3 minutes on each side. In porridge, depending on the desired consistency, add more or less water. To enrich a protein shake, add a couple of spoons and mix.
