How to take Vitamin C kids?
It is recommended in the case of children from 3 to 12 years old to take a scoop up to the 1 ml (0.6 g) mark per day, diluted in liquid (juice or water). In the case of children from 13 to 21 years old: take a scoop up to the 5 ml (3 g) mark per day, diluted in liquid (juice or water). In case of adults: take a scoop up to the mark of 10 ml (6 g) per day, diluted in liquid (juice or water).
Precautions
