How to take Joints?

Adults, take 1 to 2 tablets per day, as needed.

In acute phase and moderate intensity: 2 tablets distributed throughout the day.

In chronic processes and mild-moderate intensity: 1 to 2 tablets spread throughout the day.

Children over 12 years: ½ to 1 tablet per day. Crush and dissolve with a little water.

Precautions

Not recommended in pregnant or lactating women. Not recommended in people suffering from gastroduodenal ulcer or gallstones.
