Respiration Synergy Bio essential oil from Physalis is a mixture of 16 carefully selected essential oils to support the well-being of the respiratory tract, helping to breathe freely, seeking an immediate comfort effect. Contains among other essential oils of eucalyptus globulus and radiata, ravintsara, Scots pine, red and orange thyme and three varieties of mint.
How to take Respiration synergy organic essential oil?
It is recommended to use for:
- Cutaneous route: use for massage and/or during the bath: 5 to 10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
- Diffusion: Use 5 to 10 drops depending on your preference or the size of the room.
