How to take Organic rose essence?
It is recommended to use for:
- Oral route: take twice a day 1 to 2 drops diluted in 1 tablespoon of honey or in infusion.
- Cutaneous route: use for massage and/or during the bath: 5 to 10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
- Diffusion: Use 5 to 10 drops depending on your preference or the size of the room.
Storage conditions
Store in a cool and dry place.
