How to take Orthomol Vital M?

Drinkable vial: take the contents of a drinkable vial together with the capsule daily during or after a meal. Shake well before use.

Precautions

Do not take in pregnancy and lactation. Contains iodine. The drinkable vial presentation contains a separate iodine tablet. It contains 165 μg of biotin per daily serving that could affect the results of analytical tests (immunoassays). In glycemic disorders, administer under metabolic controls.
